Merge several PDF files into one

Use this to bundle separately saved PDFs, such as application papers or scans, into a single file. Pick a file with the Merge PDF File button below the Page list, and every page of that file is added to the end of your current document. Files are added one at a time, so for several files, repeat this in the order you want them.

How to use

  1. Open the PDF you want at the front.
  2. Tap the Merge PDF File button below the Page list and pick one PDF to add. The same item is also in the Pages menu at the top. All pages of that file are added to the end of your document.
  3. To add more files, repeat with the same button. To change the order, drag a thumbnail in the Page list and drop it where you want it.
  4. When everything is combined, save with Download PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pick several files at once?
Files are added one at a time. If you select several together, only one of them is added, so use the button again for each file.
Can I change the order of the added pages?
Yes. Drag a thumbnail in the Page list and the page moves to that spot. Any signature or stamp you placed on that page moves with it.
What happens if I use the merge button before opening a PDF?
The file you pick simply opens. Then use the merge button again to choose the next file to add.
Does saving cost anything?
Editing, including merging, is free. Saving with the free version adds a light watermark; saving without a watermark is a paid option.
